Forgot to add, I've been on almost every darn NSAID there is. It doesnt help for bone on bone pain. Nothing helps that. Plus the NSAIDs dont do me any good for GI or cardiac risk. I've heard all the lectures from the doctors about losing weight to help reduce the burden on joints. Yes, I realize that on feet and ankles, but how's that going to help my hands?

And you said it's only the right hip? Do you sit crooked in your chair at all? Is your right foot working the pedal?

I also have a specific set of yoga exercises that I found years ago that helps for energy, a break for my mind as well as stretching. I can send you those if you like. Very simple 3 or 4 pose routine, easy to do. Plus I get other routines off youtube, as I dont have time or money for classes out of the house.
