They should make mandatory sterilization a part of all this "Feed the Children" crap. Yeah, feed the gazillion starving kids now so they can produce two gazillion starving children when they grow up. They need to sterilize the mothers who pop out a kid every year and add to the "starving children" population. Bob Barker/Drew Carey always say, "Control the pet population. Have your pet spayed or neutered." How about doing that with these Third Worlders who keep adding to the problem every year. The old saying is, "Don't breed 'em if you can't feed 'em". They probably haven't figured out what causes them yet.
