The wall - will not stop them

They represent a small percentage of drugs entering the country and yes, they should be stopped but the wall won't do it; it may slow them down a bit but it won't stop them. They can blow it up, tunnel under it, cut through the fencing. Fund more border patrol agents and more electronic surveillance.
