In places where a wall helps, it already exists. There are places where a wall is not feasible and where farmers and ranches do not want it. They do not want their property seized to build a wall which will hurt their livestock and can be easily breached in a variety of ways. Hire more border agents. Use more electronic surveillance, get the courts working.
