I appreciate your thoughts. My inner core strength is shot from sitting for ohhh 25 years. I do feel a kingship with the vulnerable elderly, and I sense their awareness of it in this modern world was con artists and scams have become tolerable.
I am going to resign immediately and explain that the cleaning job “has become too much for me physically.” I was willing to sleep 12 hours and drink a pot of coffee to do this but I am shaking with muscle fatigue from standing and walking all day. I have a high pain threshold and Advil does the job but weakness overcomes me, I get the vapors, nearly faint. Seeing a doctor right now is on the schedule but no time soon. I need to act fast.
Thank you. I feel like such a loser, a failure at such a simple task as cleaning but I am 60 years old, I have to remember that. Oh well. I prayed a bit when she stopped at the gas station and when I got home, there was a check in the mail. II looked into the sun and said, Please God, get me out of this.” And there it was. Such lovely homes though. I should have went to college. What was I thinking...?
