lethal force and according to the article, it worked. No one was injured on either side. I'm pretty certain that President Obama didn't call/direct/or tweet border patrol and personally tell them to use pepper spray, so what's your point in bringing up this 5-year-old new article? I think it makes President Obama look like a very wise and prudent person.
