Parents certainly very often treat their children differently. Maybe she had a bad time during the pregnancy, maybe anything.
I'm not blaming the parents, I'm just saying that it's something to think about before diagnosing. When someone sticks their kid in daycare at 4 months old, it makes me cringe. At any age, it makes me cringe, actually. That's possibly 8-10 hours without seeing a parent. Extremely sad. Nobody wants to look into anything in the kid's internal environment, they're way too fast to put a diagnosis on there---anything to take "blame" away from their environment.
