you said, "You guys come on here constantly and gripe about your pay rate, yet you aren't molding the minds of our future." No, we are not molding the minds of our future. That doesn't mean we shouldn't be compensated commensurate with the value of the work, our knowledge/education, and experience. So many workers are NOT being properly compensated today. Let's not turn on each other. We are not the ones causing the problem of insufficient compensation. Teaching and medical transcription are two very different jobs, but they are two of MANY jobs in which people too often are just not being paid a decent and appropriate wage.
