Trump is going to beat Cruz in Indiana according to polls

Looks like Cruz/Kasich plan backfired and that very plot may have caused voters to shift to Trump. Then after he lost 5 states to Trump he went on to name a running mate, Carly Fiorina in a last ditch effort to gain women voters. How stupid did Cruz think voters are?

Texas Sen. Ted Cruz admits he’s putting all his eggs into Indiana, but a new poll suggests a win Tuesday in the Hoosier State’s Republican presidential primary against front-runner Donald Trump may be too high a mountain to climb.

“I'm barnstorming the state,” Cruz said on ABC's "This Week." “I'm in a bus with my family, doing everything we can to earn the votes of the men and the women in this state. We are competing hard here. I hope we do well here.”

He made the comments the same day as a new NBC/Wall Street Journal/Marist poll showing Trump leading him by 15 percentage points in Indiana, 49-to-34 percent,

Amid the latest polls, Cruz still stopped short Sunday of saying he must win Indiana to stay in the race after suggesting last week that it was make-or-break.

“It gives me great comfort that this primary is going to be decided by the Midwestern common sense of the Hoosier State,” Cruz told Fox News on Friday, though he did not say definitively whether he would drop out if he loses Indiana.

I wouldn't ever vote for Trump, but I don't care if a candidate thinks a baseball bat is called a parakeet--it's totally irrelevant.

What bugs me is the way 99% of the discussion of candidates seems to be about this kind of trivia and only 1% about substantive issues.

All I hear is bullscheet. If the career politicians could change things, why aren't they changed? As long as politicians rely on special interest bribes, nothing will change no matter what they say to gullible voters.

A bribe is a bribe and that politician who accepts the bribe owes the briber something. Face facts people.

Hillary, Cruz, Kasich and Sanders had no power in office and they will have no more power as president. They need the cooperation of corrupt politicians who have accepted bribes from special interest groups.

Cruz bucked all the politicians and they have no use for anyone who goes against their party cronyism. He stuck to his values and the Constitution and all those idiots in Congress and the media did was mock him and make nasty remarks about him.

Ya gotta give him credit for one thing - he didn't let special interests buy him and that's why it's been such a battle for him. Any conservative who fights against cronyism is on their way out because of the treatment they receive or will receive during an election.

There is NO honesty or integrity in Congress anymore. No fight for the people anymore. It's sad and disgusting.

I have decided not to vote in November. My conscience won't let me vote for a crook and a liar with political background or egomaniac and a pathological liar with no political background except bribes to get what he wants. That's the choice everyone will have and it's a shame.

And you must ask yourself - who is paying for Kasich's campaign and why, long after he is not a viable candidate.

Kasich is no better than Cruz, just more likable, but he is as big a liar as the rest of the cronies in both parties.

Not sure if Goldman-Sachs is financing Cruz, but his wife works for them on a high level and I heard he received a low-rate loan from them.

Trump supporters don't know diddly squat about Trump's know-nothing. I remember another candidate that promised the world and was voted in twice.

Even other countries think Americans are nuts. They hate Trump.

Trump is for censorship if he doesn't like what the news writes about him and he'll sue anyone if he doesn't like what they say about him.

I certainly hope Trump beats Cruz in Indiana and every other state coming up. Cruz cannot answer a question. When he's asked a question, he immediately goes into a very tiresome tirade about Obama and Clinton and then tries to steamroll the questioner with his nonsense. Now Fiorina is employing the exact same tactics. According to her, just like Cruz, it's always the media's fault or someone was out to get her, which is the excuse she made for running Hewlett Packard into the ground. They both have the personality of the sole of a shoe, and I despise the both of them so much that I don't have the words to tell you how much I dislike these two. I belong to three other large, mostly female sites on line. These aren't political (for instance, one is a large crafting site). I'd call one of them about evenly split. This is the hospital I worked in for years. I also was a patient over the years.
