I went with whomever it was that suggested Surgeon's Secret. I bought some of that. Plus I bought a pair of "Heelies" which are these little heel socks that have a gel lining along the heel that infuse minerals and oils into your skin. My feet get really hot and I don't like to sleep in socks and these only cover the heels and halfway up the foot. I L-O-V-E them!
