If any liberals are looking at this, don't disregard the website because it's conservative. It's just where I got the first link to the story. The second link is at another website which appears to be atheist. The first video is an ABC station coverage and the second is a recording of the judge during the trial.
Basically, an American judge has ruled that a Muslim has the right to beat up anybody who offends them. By the way, the judge is Muslim. Welcome to Sharia Law.

Unfortunately, no matter how much information you provide, you will have people discount every bit of it. I guess they will not understand until they are the recipient of this behavior. [ In Reply To ..]Whether someone wants to agree with your or not has nothing at all to do with the real problem of American judges using Sharia law against American citizens, even if it is only one case. It should never be used period. Personally, if someone is unfamiliar with these court cases, it would seem to make more sense that they actually learn about them and the impact they are having, especially women, since they are regarded as property under Sharia law. If you want to see denial of women's rights, go before an AMERICAN judge that wants to push the Sharia law, and see what happens.
This has absolutely nothing to do with Democrats or Republicans and everything to do with the abuse of our Constitution and American law. Pretty far reach to make it a party issue rather than the legal issue it actually is.

All Americans (yes that was in the subject line) need to understand what is happening. I don't fear Sharia Law as one poster inferred. I believe it has no place in our society and we as Americans need to fight it as best we can.
I will say, I do not belong to either party. I cast my vote strictly on issues, character, voting record, my own opinion of what I want for the future of this country, etc. I could only wish the majority did.

Sharia law has no business in any courtroom in America. That's the part some of these other posters do not get. They also do not seem to be familiar with the written agenda of the Muslim Brotherhood or the term caliphate, and the meaning of infidel based on Islamic teachings. Nothing of these things work independently of the other, but ultimately as one.
I am sure we all know Muslims that are peaceful and do not want to partake in the radical factions. Where are these peace lovers going to be if the radicals achieve their written doctrine? Under the radical Muslims, you are either with them or against, and all against them are to killed. It is what their written doctrine states. Sharia law, regardless of what degree a Muslim uses it, all comes from the same root.

[ In Reply To ..]The plaintiff was not beat up. The plaintiff brought charges of harrassment - NOT assault. The defendant admitted to touching the man's sign and fake beard. I agree this is harrassment, and I think it is a failure on the part of the judge to overlook this. But, this is not a case of a judge condoning an assault.
