Colorado has unbound delegates but playing the game Cruz has "borrowed" 3 more for his side. The others can wait until they get to the convention to pledge but for now it is how you play this game. Amazing!;
Politics is an ugly corrupt game on both sides - Why not save money and declare the winner now?

As far as that goes, do you know the GOP makes new rules for every election and that is yet to be done, happens about 2 weeks prior to the convention? Fix is what you think because not exactly like people vision. People think if you have majority of votes then you are the nominee. There are delegates not pledged, delegates who come to the convention not pledged so it is like a big toss up. A top runner should never go in talking against the party they are supposed to represent. The delegates have much power and so does the party. Some states have delegates that only vote for the majority vote but many more do not.
As for me, sure I will vote. I think the GOP with their front runners are really handing the presidential race over this year to the democrats.
