Is Obama unbelievably incompetent, or fiendishly clever?

I think he's accomplishing exactly what he wanted to. People who paid attention before the election in 2008 had ample evidence that both Obamas deeply despised America. Some have awakened to this since his election, but many still have not understood or acknowledged this fundamental reality about the Obamas - and their inner circle.
The crippled, weak, deeply divided, confused America that you see now is a lot more to Obama's liking - an America that is losing its identity, with sharply waning influence and leadership in the world. And the world itself that you see now is much more to his liking.
So I think it's wrong to perceive Obama as incompetent. From his perspective, he's a stunning success.

I am so curious as to why people who get absolutely no value from following the conservative philosophy (no paycheck, no raises, treated like shit by their employers, et cetera)hold so tightly to it to the exception of others. I lived in a foreign country for nearly 20 years. When I came back here about 10 years ago I could not believe the changes that had been wrought in the workplace by (I assume) the deregulation, right to work mentality of the right under 2 terms of W. To be fair, some of it started under Clinton.
But really, if for no other reason than the Supreme Court, us middle/lower class workers should look at what's on offer and not be blinded by these red meat issues so we vote against our own interests.
Look at Jed!'s tax plan, for instance. Meet the new boss, same as the old boss. The answer to everything is lowering taxes for rich people. Again. Nothing in it for the middle classes. Nothing to account for the huge amount of wealth being hoarded while mainly technology (not immigrants) is taking over our jobs with absolutely no plan to account for this tremendous loss of jobs in the form of retraining or anything, only shaming those (like us) who have been nickel and dimed into poverty slowly but surely, going bankrupt, forced to get food stamps through no fault of our own.
It's a bleak future unless people wake up.
The country I lived in abroad had a govt agency that existed to make sure there was truth in broadcasting. Any complaint was acted upon and they would get called out and have to pay a fine and make a big apology, most importantly if you keep repeat offending you are off the air, because you should know better and it's illegal.
First of all, why would news organizations want to lie? Because propaganda, that's why. So how is a lying news media any better than living in North Korea or some other totalitarian state? Just because it's capitalism and making money, when the media comes into it, guess whose side they are going to be on if they are allowed to go for the money? That's right, the media has been bought by the Koch bros, Rupert Murdoch and others. And believe you me, they have no care about people like us at all.

The owners of that propaganda are the rich, not the poor. Their big disappointment is that SOME people are not dumb enough to fall for it and know the truth of their own existence belies what Fox et al is selling, which is blame those who are even worse off than you for any misfortune, rather than the absolute unscrupulous hoarders and megalomaniacs at the top.
On the contrary, those who vote Democrat are the ones NOT falling for the garbage the media spits out. The so-called liberal media has now been bought out by corporate interests, so we must be vigilant to vote in OUR interests.
