Has anyone ever written a complaint to a news station

I watched Hannity the other night and was totally disgusted/appalled by the way he treated and talked to a guest. I did not agree with the guest at all but SH called him stupid, sick and twisted, and an SOB, etc, etc. He was very childish and insulting, and I was mortified he would talk like that and call them names to someone that he invited onto his show. I was pretty ticked. I think as the host of a political commentary show you just don't do that to a guest no matter how much you disagree with them. I didn't see his show on tonight so wonder if they suspended him. I was thinking of writing a complaint to the station, but just wondering if anyone else has ever complained to a station.
