Two of the states that have suffered horribly in this election is NV & CA. My friend who lives in NV said the whole town of Reno was jazzed about Angle, and her relatives who live in LV said that town was equally as excited for the change (especially after what Obama did to their town) and they had hope with Angle. Unfortunately, the blatant cheating by Reid paid off. She said it's a very sad time for the state as they are broke and with unemployment so high they may never get out of it. Reid paraded around talking as though he had done good things for the state, when he voted against the state on so many issues.

As for CA, I just feel very very sad for them too. I have lots of family and relatives in CA and used to live and work there, so was no surprise it remained liberal. I just don't understand why the people of that state don't care that their state is bankrupt or that unemployment is so high. Maybe they enjoy collection UI and would rather do that than work.

I just say its a very very sad time for both CA & NV. My deepest sympathies to the people of those states.

so I can give you all a little perspective from someone who lives there. NV is doomed with Reid in office. He has done nothing good for us. This b.s. about renewable energy creating jobs is complete and total lies. I have been to those scoping meetings and posed specifics to them (gov landkeepers and renewable energy corps) - and facts. They COULD NOT DENY that these companies coming in are not going to be employing people from NV to build these solar farms. They did AFFIRM that these companies are coming from out of state and BRINGING their employees with them - NOT hiring from here. It will only take a handful of people to run these solar farms once they are live. A HANDFUL!! NV also is NOT getting the benefit of the energy developed - it goes to CA! Harry Reid is a shiester who was bought and paid for by the unions! He hasn't brought anything to our state but disaster! Highest UE and highest foreclosure rate (1 in 25)! Our UE rate is 14.4%, but in actuality it is almost 23% due to those who can't qualify, have used all of their benefits up, and who haven't been counted for other reasons. I have lived here for almost 7 years and watched this state turn to s____t. At least the county and city govs are trying to do something. Yes, they are laying off, but there is no need for all of those people on payroll when our populus has declined so dramatically. Vegas over-built and now needs to adjust everything down to where we are at now. Time to balance everything out.

CA is bad and will now get worse. I remember when Jerry Brown was the Gov the first time and all the horrible things he did then! Why do you think he was finally ousted! And Boxer - what good has she done for CA? Don't even get me started on her grrrrrrr. My sisters, their kids and my kids live there and I truly feel for them. My grandchildren don't stand a chance in CA. Time to put up that border wall!! Time to make anyone applying for public assistance drug test and show PROOF OF CITIZENSHIP!!! No more anchor babies! If CA would do these three things, they would be far closer to operating in the black than they ever have. Screw being PC - it's time to do the right thing - not just for us, but our kids, grandkids and future generations after that.

We are all seriously thinking about moving to AZ where they understand how it is supposed to work in this country. Thank God McCain was re-elected. I can't wait 'til 2012!!

And by the way, I am not a racist - I am a realist who has watched the impact that our illegal population and our "government's" fear of not being PC destroy this mighty country.

I've lived in both CA and NV, among several other states. I don't think many people are singing praises over the outcome of NV election. It's so criminalized and my friends who are still there say so. They cant think of anyone who voted for Reid, but they all had the feeling he was going to win, especially when they said the machines automatically had his name programmed in and you had to actually un-check his name before being able to put in Sharon Angle's name. Also with his $$$$$$ union backing.

It's just a shame because all of you that didn't vote for the corruption are the ones who got screwed.
