I wonder if some people are even clear on their own party platform, because this is classic old-school Republican ideology, including Reaganesque ideology, only minus his curious addition of the completely-BS theory of "trickle-down economics", which included tax breaks for corporations and the wealthy; all of which have been historically proven repeatedly not to work, just as larger government assistance doesn't work.

This was a bad deal and it is not officially a deal yet till June.

I do not trust Iran and will never just as I never trusted Russia while years ago everyone was just loving them and moving businesses there.

I for one think we have been sold down the river not to mention poor Israel.

I am sick of Obama and his legacy. To me he won't have one except the most stupid and mean-spirited president ever elected. I think the man is mentally ill and is by far the worst narcissist I have ever seen and I have seen some really bad ones.

Wait till the nuclear race begins. Just how safe will our country be let alone Israel when all of the unstable countries in the middle East get these weapons.

Why no one can see into the future enough to know that Iran has never been and never will be a country that will keep promises or contracts or treaties.

Personally, if one person in this country's hair is harmed due to this monstrosity of a deal, I will not have any mercy for the ones responsible for that.

Because although I don't like Obama and Bush the II's alleged methods for obtaining this supposed "peace treaty" (see my comment below on that), it's better than selling them arms during the Reagan and Bush the I's reign-erm-administrations, during the Iran-Iraq war.

And don't forget, the reason they're not happy with us to begin with is because President Carter supported the Shah of Iran despite thousands of human rights violations vs the Ayatollah, another situation we should've just stayed out of rather than take sides, much like Israel and Palestine.

Poor Israel and poor US my tushie. I abhor terrorism as response, but we can't "wear blinders" and pretend we/Israel have been innocent, either.

And as my American Jewish friends remind me, if this is over Jerusalem, we cannot forget there wouldn't even BE Muslims had Sarah waited in faith for a child rather than use her maid and regret it later, and that God took pity on Hagar at the well and blessed their nation too.

Dear Jews and Muslims residing in the Middle East: Learn to share Jerusalem as belonging to you both religiously, stop trying to get us involved either through guilt trips or terrorism, while criticizing us at the exact time, and just get over it!

So far, the deal itself sounds a like a huge step, from what I've read. But I also read an interesting article in the New York Times in 2012 and other reputable publications (see link below). Some were even nonpolitical like Computer World. The NY Times and others surprisingly didn't provide much evidence to support this claim, this time, but they were very fair in their assessment equal right/left involvement. The article purports that a series of presidentially-authorized cyberattacks was launched towards Iran's computer-controlled nuclear weaponry, beginning with Bush under the codename "Olympic Games" and continued as "Stuxnet" under Obama.

Ya know, if true, I'm not entirely comfortable with that, for 2 reasons. First, essentially launching a war offensive, but saying it's not because it's computers, then claiming "diplomatic negotiation" caused the peace, isn't exactly true. I'm also not okay with then hypocritically turning around and putting sections on other countries who do this. Not sure if it's true, but these are pretty reputable publications, enough to cause reasonable doubt. Still, the end result was a good one, so I'll try to focus on that, so yay? lol
