Charlotte, NC, is remodeling their stadium, which includes installing a retractable roof, for the 2016 Democratic National Convention and Obama's farewell speech.

Too bad...the country had great hopes and he blew it. Maybe next time they will elect someone who is intelligent and actually does something good for the country. It's been one mess after another, one scandal after another and nothing good for the country.

Someone posted earlier that the forecast for Charlotte is the same as it was for Wednesday. They said the reason the venue of the President's speech was changed for Thursday was because they could not get enough people to fill up the 65,000 seats in the Bank of America Stadium. First, don't jump on me because I don't really care about the location change or why it was made, but Juan Williams stated last night on Fox news that it was indeed because they could not be sure of getting enough people to fill the stadium. I don't think that necessarily means there were not enough people wanting to attend, but some people were probably backing out themselves because of the possibility of bad weather, the travel, and maybe just in general for one reason ...
