Feels like hip partial dislocation

Has anyone else had a pain when the hip joint of your foot pedal foot shifts out of place? My right foot turns out to the right from 30 years of using a foot pedal with it. I now use my left foot. It is excruciating pain and I can't bear weight, but it usually resolver with a slight shift of foot position and no more pain. I think it's due to the position on the foot pedal all these years.

Well I got my absentee ballot in the mail today and I sat and stared at it for awhile and thought about playing eeny-meeny-miny-mo....both of you are bad so I really don't know. What scares me about Romney though is his whole deal on banning abortion (I realize he isn't as extreme as people are making him on the issue) and the planned parenthood cuts.
