What is this condition??? sm

Posted: Nov 4, 2009

Question here.  There is a gentleman locally who is probably in his 60s.  I see him a couple of places around town, and he constantly talks to himself out loud.  Constantly.  When you listen to what he is saying, he is talking about conspiracy theories and the like.  It is like the switch in his head that tells him to keep his thoughts private has been turned off.  I know there is a medical condition that causes this, but for the life of me I cannot place it.  I want to say paranoid schizophrenia, but I don't know...seems like it is something else.  He may be PS but I think there is more.  Any ideas?

TIA, HC

My legs, ankles and feet are still swollen and sore around ankle/leg connection. Makes walking hard and I usually limp a lot and don't stand long or walk long. I looked and you are supposed to exercise some. I just can't ...
