Moist cinamin apple bars

I came across this site I wanted to share. First, I cannot wait to make these apple bars (have to get the ingredients first). They look so scrumptious and moist and my mouth is watering looking at the pic. The pic is up close and they look very moist. I like that she has step by step directions with pics.

I also cannot wait to make the vanilla yogurt cake & moist banana bread. I've made plenty of banana muffins, but most are always dry. This one looks very moist (oh how I can see the pounds coming on) LOL.

She also has some other great recipes for meal like fresh corn, chicken and bacon pasta and baked cream cheese chicken pasta and other dishes that look really good.

What I like about the site also is that she has some different articles like ways to cut costs yearly, how to budget when grocery shopping, and other things I have not explored yet, but thought with the economy this might help us. The name of the site sums it up and sounds like my life. LOL

I love to bake. My cooking is not so good. I would be in Heaven if I could bake for a living.

The pumpkin baked donuts with a coffee glaze sound good too. I think I might invest in a donut pan to bake donuts. Wow...like I don't weigh enough. LOL

Baking is harder than cooking for me, your - measurements have to be precise

It's been over a year, and I am finally down to 19 bars of soap. I have had to walk away from the soap aisle just to stop myself, resisting the urge to purchase even more. What is up with that? Also, I must have 20 plates and 20 coffee cups, with just me and my 10/yo living here. Most of those are going to have to hit the thrift store, since I just bought 4 more! I know I'm nuts. Has anyone ever tried putting an apple pie back in and cooking it more after it's cooled? I baked mine for a whole hour at 375, but the apples are still crunchy. Or has anyone tried microwaving to cook it further? HELP! ...

I just made the most scrumptious apple crisp. Served it warm with a big scoop of vanilla ice cream. It was one of those desserts that with every bite you make the "mmmm" sound :-) I will copy the recipe from the page I got it and then I will post the link because there is a picture of it. The recipe calls for 4 cups of chopped apples and for me that was 3 apples. It was so incredibly easy. It took me about 15 minutes to make, an hour in the oven. My house smells excellent. I have been having uncontrollable diarrhea, then it was just with clear mucus and I thought I had a parasite or something. Had to wear Depends to go out.
