Apple pie first aid

Has anyone ever tried putting an apple pie back in and cooking it more after it's cooled? I baked mine for a whole hour at 375, but the apples are still crunchy. Or has anyone tried microwaving to cook it further? HELP!

[ In Reply To ..]Yes, you can put your pie back in. Just keep an eye on the crust so that it doesn't get too dark. I usually put foil on the edges anyway.
I would NOT put it in the microwave!! It will make you crust really gummy and soggy.

I just made the most scrumptious apple crisp. Served it warm with a big scoop of vanilla ice cream. It was one of those desserts that with every bite you make the "mmmm" sound :-) I will copy the recipe from the page I got it and then I will post the link because there is a picture of it.
