Has anyone noticed yet on the census

It references throughout the form about people living at the residence on 4/1/10, which has not arrived yet, but they want the form right away. How can we answer something for a date which has not happened yet. It doesn't say "are going to be living here on this date", it says "were living here on this date". So in all legality I cannot fill out this form til the date passes.

The forms came to my city with the wrong city name but the correct zip code. I called City Hall and they said they had gotten numerous calls and had contacted the regional office of the census bureau. They said they would do a cross-match with the city database for address verification. Sounds pretty organized and cost effective to me.

postcard saying I need to fill out my stuff and mail it back in. I filled it out, just have not gotten out to mail it as yet (Don't like leaving stuff in my mailbox). I will mail it tomorrow though.

Most people's living situation is static, and 4/1 is not - that far away. Just fill it out. NM

left copious notes referring them to the date received and the date requested by them (04/01/2010). I rather hope they call me to query this.
