You need to see a dermatologist and get that removed.

Solar, or actinic, keratoses are not innocent at all. They are precancerous lesions. Some feel they are the earliest stage of squamous cell carcinoma, which is very bad.

I have had lots of things frozen off and never had a big scab that took forever to heal. They healed quickly and without scarring.

Just get it removed before you end up needing an excision or worse.

frozen off twice, but it came back. Hasn't darkened, enlarged, or become raised. It's just an annoying brown rough spot that I have just put makeup over.
