Another theory by guest prosecuting lawyer

There were guests on special show on Fox News last night debating what the jury would do and how they would respond to the Anthony family tears. One guest who was a defense attorney said it will come down to forensics. This led another guest, who is prosecutor to say, athough it may not be right, what the jury will remember is Casey partying, shopping, getting a tattoo immediately after the child's death, the jailhouse tapes where she continued her lies and find her guilty on that.
My theory is a heartless person without conscience can kill and Casey has proven to be heartless and without conscience, not only by her behavior and lies for the 31 days until the child was reported missing by her grandmother but for her willingness to throw her father and brother under the bus as child molesters, her attitude in jail house tapes, her attitude in court.
If I were a juror I would find a way to justify the conviction of Casey Anthony.

[ In Reply To ..]at this point, what with the attorney games, the still consistent lies on the stand from all pertinent players, lack of pointed evidence (from either side), I do not think she will be given the death penalty. She will be convicted, for sure, but not to the degree where she will fry. She may spend the rest of her life in jail, or she may be given a lesser term perhaps 35 years, but she will not be put to death. There is just not enough evidence for that...at least not yet. That is just MY feelings. We shall see what happens this next week. They are going to have to come up with something so dramatic so as to change the course of this trial.
