Newman neck to me

Hello, I am 52 years old, been an MT since 1999. Just recently I have been having tingling and numbness in my neck with radiation down my left arm. There is no chest pain. Have any of you had similar symptoms? I'm not one to take a lot of NSAIDS, but would if it helped. Would yoga help this? Do you stretch at your desk during the day? I have been doing MLS work for donkey's years. I have always had a little "twitch" in my neck but recently it has gotten out of hand. Hello! I have had a terrible tension headache and neck pain/stiffness for the last few days, and I'm wondering how some of you had handled this situation.
