Peppers - Curious Posted: Jun 26th, 2022 - 12:43 pm In Reply to: I see what you mean about all - the information out there
To anyone growing peppers indoors — are you talking about dwarf plants, jalapeño’s or bell pepper? I’ve been told they are easy to grow but require a lot of space; a deep pot, 10-15 inches in diameter for one plant and I was curious how that was going to work indoors. I have not heard about blueberries being easy and those plants also need a lot of room to spread out. I guess anything’s worth a try if a person has enough cash to invest in the proper setup. No offense, but I’m not sure people are understanding the concept of size and plants not liking confined spaces to thrive. Anyway, it’s interesting to follow. Our county extension office offers classes and have master gardeners available to answer questions, as well as annual plant sales. There are a lot of good online forums and YouTube videos too.
