That's a good idea! I called the county extension office - PL Posted: Jun 25th, 2022 - 9:16 am In Reply to: I see what you mean about all - the information out there
when I tried tomatoes outside and they said lots of people have trouble growing them, he couldn't get them to grow himself, so I didn't feel so bad. Then when I started with the lights, I called them again and they didn't know anybody who did it, tried it, or anything about it. Just go with your gut; if it feels right and makes sense, it's worth a try. Glad you're taking the plunge and good luck. Keep us posted! Thanks for the kind words, I appreciate it. I'm having tremendous blooming with this crop and I'm now convinced it was because I mixed the Miracle Grow granules into the dirt to begin with. That's the only big change I made and it made a big change! Dwarf tomatoes are now shoulder height, the pepper is about 6 inches tall and a foot or so wide and has lots of blooms, and the micro is coming along slowly but surely. The strawberries haven't done anything yet, but they said it would take 2-4 weeks for them to sprout. Thanks again and enjoy!
