Something you seem to be forgetting - Truthhurts

This country was in a mess before Trump was elected.
1. He has lowered the unemployment rate to it's lowest in years; lots of jobs now.
2. He has finally done something about the VA's and their horrible treatment of the vets. At least the lazy ones can be fired now.
3. The military personnel have gotten a raise, first on in 8 years.
4. VA Clinics close to veterans are opening up all over the country. We have 2 in our county. Before that, they had to go 50 to 100 miles away.
5. He tried to push Congress to straighten out DACA and healthcare but when they didn't act, he used an EO which, of course, started a fire under Peelousi and Chuckie.
6. DoE and the military got an uptick in their budgets.
7. He got Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi. Of course the libs are having a fit (but it was okay when Obama got Osama bin Laden).
8. He's getting NEW and BETTER trade agreements with other countries. Now maybe some garment industries will come back to our county and state. They've all closed because of outsourcing. Hopefully, the steel industry will come back, too. Chinese steel, toys, and other products are unsafe.
9. He's building the wall.
10. He still has hopes of treaties with NoKo, Russia and trade with China. First president to meet with NoKo.
11. He dropped out of the Iran Agreement and the Climate Change Agreement because of the unfairness to the U.S. (Our emissions are lower than some other countries and we're working on a cleaner climate without the agreement.) Both agreements put the responsibility and $$ on us, rather than the rest of the planet. Time to stop being the deep pockets for all the other countries.
12. He is trying to allow the states to run themselves (like in the Constitution) but some states are doing a pretty bad job of it with their breaking the laws themselves like the illegal sanctuary cities, allowing all illegals to get drivers licenses, leaving prisoners out of jail without serving their full sentences, and allowing illegal protests (Seattle. NY, PA, CA, MN, MO) and calling them peaceful.

Problem is COVID-19. Because of that virus, unemployment soared because of the shutdowns. People had no money to shop and there were no places to shop. It is slowly coming back now that states are opening again. COVID-19 can ruin a country very quickly as we could see. Hopefully, it will start coming back.

I just wish he would speak in tones like he did at Mt. Rushmore and stop the childish name-calling.
