Bingo. They've long since stepped out of their judicial box and crossed into legislation. This is why Democrats have always been keen on packing courts. This affords them an end-run around the Constitution. It stands in their way--unless the laziest and most corrupt of them agree to "pass the bill so that you can find out what is in it".
