I am a smoker and have gone to hotels and one time got a smoking room and it smelled absolutely horrible as soon as I opened the door. I went downstairs and told the clerk I would like a different room. We went outside to smoke. I generally use e-cigarettes while driving because there is no smell.

I most likely would not rent an apartment from you (LOL), which I am sure you don't care, but it wasn't necessarily the not smoking in the apartment, it was the not smoking outside. I just think that is going too far.
