I think an apartment complex has the - right to ban smoking Posted: Feb 21st, 2020 - 8:12 am In Reply to: My son has asthma. I hate smoking, but I'm not okay - with this. Why stop at smoking?
in the rooms if they want and I'm a smoker. I do think what would be a better option would be having a building or two that is for smokers, of course depending on how fast the apartments fill up for smokers. I imagine that would depend on the area you live in. There are actually medical facilities that will not let you work there if you smoke and they regularly test. I think they are getting a little ridiculous with the smoking bans when we have thousands of people a year being killed by drunk drivers and nothing really happens to the drunk driver. It is my theory that these people get together at a bar somewhere, have lunch, a few drinks and then make laws on smoking. We have a bunch of old drunks in public office and high places in businesses and this is what is happening.
I don't think MJ smokers feel that way. I think if you want to get your relaxation that way instead of a bottle, have at it. The old lawmakers against smoking and MJ are the old drunks. You notice MJ is becoming legal in a lot of places and that is because the younger generation of lawmakers are coming into office knowing the fact that MJ is no worse than alcohol. I think the old guys watched too much Refer Madness.
