policy. I said any president with smarts will be in the know and be leading (meaning formulating) the foreign policy decisions along with the experts. Reread my post if you need to for comprehension. No one, and also not I, said anything about a fiefdom run by dug-in bureaucrats. And that's how I FEEL, and I don't need your permission to feel how I want.
