are killed by repeated offenders with DUIs, suspended licenses, etc. Being that it was an illegal alien has nothing to do with how lax our country is when it comes to DUI laws.

They banned advertising of cigarette ads yet I can't watch a television show without seeing numerous ads glamorizing alcohol. They always throw in that part about drinking sensibly, yet if you've ever been to a sporting event, so many people can barely walk after the event and then get out on the road to drive home.
