but goes on to urge individuals to make that choice.To choose to be charitable is what God wants us to do.

To force charity is theft which is forbidden in the 10 Commandments themselves.

This was a big problem for us when the Catholic Church started giving the government this role. It's not up to the government, because they do this for votes. It's up to the individual.
