I get a bare-bones dental plan which covers 2 cleanings, an annual exam and bite-wing x-rays plus the full mouth x-ray every 3 years. It covers some of fillings and other services. I can buy an inexpensive dental supplement to cover additional if I want to but I just get an extra cleaning or two and pay out of pocket.
