water, electricity, etc. You and God have this? Not by a any means, you do not! If your elderly parents have offered to help, you need to take it for your daughter's sake. I don't know what issues your daughter may have. It's none of my business. But she needs far more than your physical presence 24 hours a day. I hardly ever recommend something like this, but if things are this dire, you need to quit your job, go to your public assistance office (welfare) and sign up. Pride will not feed or clothe your daughter, nor keep her warm. You absolutely MUST put your daughter's needs before ANYTHING else. I am someone who believes in God, but rows for the shore. You need to get busy.
I know things are regional, but in the area where I live, most utilities cannot shut off services if small children are in the home, but it may take social services to forestall it.
Again, I am not trying to be mean. To me, your post has a tone of being in shock, or a type of inertia, not knowing what to do, and I am trying to, hopefully, snap you out of it.
