Try, just for today, to make a short list of things of which you have no control, and those you can, and try to resolve to focus on the list you can.

You said you're working, but you don't say doing what. I'm going to assume MT. In this day and age, focus is everything, and we can't afford to split our energy or our focus.

I understand how you are feeling. I think many of us do. I have prayed you are given the peace, comfort and strength to take each day as it comes, one day at a time, and the energy to tackle something within your control.

You are in my thoughts. Sending hugs.
