I want to start by saying thank you for all the prayers! While things are not any better and a little worse, I feel comfort in knowing that somehow, someway God and I have this.
My gas was turned off yesterday, I haven't been able to pay it in 3 months, and my water was going to be turned off this morning. I continue to work but because of there being little work available, I'm obviously still in crisis. I am also looking for another job, but have a young daughter so she needs me around (her father walked out on us 2 years ago). My elderly parents are offering to help, but pride on my part and the fact that they are elderly, on a fixed income as well, and have very little savings, I feel uncomfortable and worse for getting their help.
I have been in contact with local agencies who offer to help pay for necessities, and unfortunately, they either have no funds or are getting ready to run out.
I just ask for continued prayers please, and thank you very much again for your concerns and continued prayers!
