I got rid of my grandfather's handgun that he used as railroad security officer in the late 1800s.

I have found multiple stories of people destroying their ARs in the past few days.

Getting rid of them and denying access to them will stop school shootings and mall shootings. It will not stop all criminals. The school shootings are by a certain young white male demographic that usually is supplied by a family with enough money or the actual weapons.
