it's possible we could use some guidelines

with respect to discussion of sources. This has clearly become a hot topic, and I can't help but note that a lively discussion on the subject is gone from the board. I have said it before, and I will say it again: To my mind, there is nothing wrong with holding a source up to the light to see if there are holes in it, nor is there anything inherently malevolent about doing so. If this is inconsistent with the board's policies, can we get clarification, please. Thanks. ;
