YAY! Trump out. 'Bout time he stopped acting like he was going to run

Guess he had his accountants show him how much money he wouldn't be making if he became President.

I'm glad he finally announced. Now, let's get down to some serious candidates. Can't let Obama just walk into the White House for a second term without a run for the money. I have never seen such a poor showing of candidates running for President.

Just pulling your chain. I'm not arrogant enough to count chickens before they hatch, but I certainly hope that he does win again. We'll disagree about that, I know. LOL.

Truthfully, very few Republican politicians want to put themselves in the position of running against President Obama because it does look like he is in a very strong position. It's also true that the Republicans WILL come up with someone, and it will be a squeaker of an election as it always is. They will come up with a good candidate. I'm sure of it. I will vote against him and for President Obama, but there will be a good option for those who choose it. No doubt about it. Things are just warming up.

We've moved on from there, which is a very good thing. We've also moved on from the Trump-Palin ticket. That's also a very good thing. One by one, the lesser candidates will drop off and then suddenly there will be a good candidate who will put up a good fight with President Obama, before he or she loses to Obama, I hope.

Granted...his approval ratings went up after Bin Laden got 2 shots and some water...lol....but the economy still being in the tank is gonna hurt Obama no matter how you look at it. I think he could win if the GOP doesn't get their head out of their butts and get a candidate we can believe in....but at this point, I don't see how Obama could have a "very strong position."

I have to admit....I liked what the Donald was saying and who doesn't love that hair...lol....but I'm glad he is gone. He has flip flopped on way too many issues and he just wasn't the right guy. If the GOP doesn't get it together, I fear Obama will get another term and our country cannot survive another term of Obamanomics.

RomneyCare is ObamaCare but just at a state level. I oppose government take over of health care.

During his tenure, at least four Massachusetts cities enacted or renewed legislation declaring themselves sanctuaries for illegal immigrants. I have a huge problem with this. Why should any city in our country be sanctuaries for people who are breaking the law.

Mitt Romney represents everything that is wrong with the republican party. Romney is a pretend conservative. A RINO. Pretend conservatives are what got us to where we were during the Bush administration. Romney's support of the socialist bailout bill should be the killer for all thinking conservatives. We need to find good candidates by their current deeds and their record.

So far I've seen a man who one minute said he was moderate and the next minute claimed to be conservative and changing his stance on many issues to a more conservative opinion only when running for a political office.

So bottom line...I don't trust him and I sure as heck don't wanna vote for him.

Even though I'm a Democrat and I really want President Obama to have a second term, I want the Republicans to have a really good candidate. Who knows! Maybe the person will be so good that it will make me want to vote for him or her.

I was reminded today of when Donald Trump said that as President, if the Chinese don't do what he says, he will slap a 20% tariff on everything China sends to the United States. There are two problems with this, at least!

The President doesn't set tariffs. Congress does. Also, the tariff is a tax that Americans would have to pay if we buy Chinese goods. It wouldn't hurt China at all! It would hurt us.

It all sounded good though and many people bought into his rhetoric and bravado, or arrogance.

No, I think he decided not to run because he didn't want to lose and if he did, his ego would be bruised and his enemies might realize he's only human.

I did like what he had to say about getting America up and running again with the businesses and tackling China's (unbalanced)trade with us, but that was about the only thing I liked about his ideas.

I think in the back of his mind, he kind of thought he might be the most popular guy thinking about running, and if so, he probably would have done it. His back-up plan was to get some really good promotion for his show. While I would have considered watching it if I had nothing else to do and was desperate for entertainment, now I wouldn't watch it. I'd go take a nap instead, or pay my bills, or mop the floor.

It still doesn't answer the question about the money he received from Soros. I thought something very odd about Trump (who is a long time democrat supporter) was doing this. Then it stopped all of a sudden. As a business man he should of at least finished the job he was paid to do. Just very obvious.
