I wrote before, I had a housekeeper, not a citizen of the US but hopefully before long as her employer is working on that, but she flew here years ago, about 16 now I think. I also know a family, not citizens, who had Visas and came from Mexico to work in Texas every day. Their employer got them for the couple so they could work at the plant. One day the couple decided to move on further in the US and they have been in the states now for over 10 years.

Let me say this: Forgot which state it was but town hall meeting in the last month a farmer asked Trump about what was going happen to his farm, he had illegal workers there and not only him but other farmers as well HAD to have them help or else the farm would go under. Trump said they would have the ability to stay and work, I guess with the Visas we are talking about. Never was anything said about they had to become citizens. I heard this myself and probably others did here as well.

Of course, we know there are a lot of ILLEGAL ALIENS here because they have no respect for the honor system or our laws. However, perhaps you have not seen news coverage of hundreds, if not thousands, physically crossing the desert, coming ashore on panga boats under the cover of darkness, falling off the border fence, etc., etc. Don't forget those coming up from Central America on the tops of train cars.

I have a friend, not citizen, who lives in another state and she was telling me needs to see an orthopedist but cannot because she has no insurance. Oh, this person by the way pays taxes and does not get "freebies."

I also know another family here, father, mother and 3 children, not legal, who get absolutely nothing, no food stamps, no insurance, nothing. They are here because they want to work and have more than they did growing up, i.e. no water, hardly any food, no beds to sleep in, only dirt floors, you know what we have and don't even give a second thought?

benefits, no welfare, no food stamps, no healthcare except ER visits. Undocumented children do get an education on our dime. Citizen children of undocumented people are eligible for benefits but most never apply because they are trying to stay under the radar so they don't get deported. The crime rate is also lower in that population for the same reason. I have to say your ignorance on the subject and your erroneous beliefs are appalling!

You remember Trump stating that Mexico would pay. George Lopez, comedian, on a show the other day asking do you know how a Mexican pays you? He said it might be a few dollars here, a few there but mostly not paid at all. The wall itself is laughable. People in the "know" state it would be impossible to be built in the first place, some of the border goes through deep water but let those who are being conned believe on. I will be glad to see the contested convention. I hear the name being floated around of Paul Ryan coming in to be the one saving the party.
