Voice and presence requires no infusion of Koch brothers millions and seems pretty effective in getting the job done. Gotta love it. 58 days and counting.

I already posted this in response to someone else's post. I don't have insurance, but the dentist at the dental school I went to affirmed I have thyroid nodules (really, I have more than one?) I'm afraid to get this checked out, I don't have insurance, how am I going to afford Synthroid? It's 49 dollars for the office visit + cost of tests. What if they want to do a biopsy? I need tires, blah, blah, blah, dental work, blah, blah, blah.... ...
