Time after time after time, it seems that the rules don't apply to the Clintons. Whether the rules be merely social norms regarding personal behavior, standards of decency with regard to money grubbing, or even formal rules such as Federal administrative regulations or the law pertaining to perjury, investment fraud (those cattle futures) - if the Clintons don't like the rule, they simply ignore it.
Corrupt to the bone, both of them - truly, a match made in Hell.
