Let me get this straight......we're trying to pass a health care plan written by a committee whose chairman says he doesn't understand it, passed by a Congress that hasn't read it but exempts themselves from it, To be signed by a president that also hasn't read it and who smokes, with funding administered by a treasury chief who didn't pay his taxes, all to be overseen by a surgeon general who is obese, and financed by a country that's broke.
What in the heck could possibly go wrong????

I understand the bill because I made up my mind that nobody was going to make up my mind for me but me. It's just not that difficult, if you care anything at all about making credible statements when debating its measures. I would be willing to bet you will be very surprised at what you find there and will regret the day you decided to let other folks spin your head around and take your own voice away from you.
Who do you trust more, yourself or the media? Go straight to the source. BTW, the final version will be posted for 72 hours before the vote on Sunday afternoon....which means any minute now. In any case it is not going to differ that much from what you will find in the links already provided.
Seriously, like I said before, it won't bite you. What's the harm in giving it your best shot? What are you afraid of?

I've also seen commercials from the U.S. CHAMBER OF COMMERCE asking us to say "NO" to the bill.
So, between those 2, and the myriad phone calls I've gotten to say no, WHY would 2 well known groups ask us to tell our reps to say No??????
