letter C on official government documents means they are classified as confidential. What else could C stand for? C is for cookie, according to Cookie Monster. C is for corruption, something the Bill, Hillary and Chelsea Clinton Foundation engages in every single day as it accepts anticipatory presidential bribes from far and wide. ;

Frankly, the media is obviously biased FOR Trump. Why do the Pubs ignore the facts?

JAMES COMEY: No. There were three e-mails, the c was in the body, in the text, but there was no header on the email or in the text.

MATT CARTWRIGHT: So if Secretary Clinton really were an expert about what's classified and what's not classified and we're following the manual, the absence of a header would tell her immediately that those three documents were not classified. Am I correct in that?

JAMES COMEY: That would be a reasonable inference.

The content of the message itself, AND NOT THE MARKINGS, IS determinative as to whether the material is classified or not. The presence or absence of markings is not dispositive of either intent or guilt.

There have been at least six prosecutions predicated on that legal principle.

Director Comey's performance in this entire affair has been reprehensible. I wouldn't hold him up as an example of anything, including the LAW - whether declarative or case law - on this subject.

It would be funny watching the libs try to twist this - if it were not so sad for the nation.

That so-called "interview" was very soft. For instance, Clinton offered the ridiculous explanation that the (C) was just the alphebetizing of paragraphs.

Obvious Followup Question Never Asked: You thought the paragraphs were alphebetized. Well, did you see an (A), or a (B) or a (D)?? If not, how could you have thought that (C) was a paragraph ordinal?

Just a vent, frustrated at one my younger daugher's troop leaders. They have a goal of 170 boxes per girl to sell.
