Could you point us to the sources in the DC's piece that back up it's OWN statements, or is that too much to expect?

Typically, when reputable sources report that someone has been ACCUSED (as opposed to convicted) of wife-beating, being a (gasp) "player" and a "creep," they back themselves up with factual proof so as to avoid libel, and do not simply rely on innuendo and opinion. BTW, recording the effective date of the status is not "back-dating." If the foundation was established in April 2008, and it is qualified for the status, then it would be recognized as such from that effective date, despite Ken Boehm's speculation to the contrary.

There is a key piece of information missing here that DC and Boehm of the notoriously right-wing NLPC seem to have either overlooked or omitted by design when spinning that "illegal" construct. There is no mention of when the foundation began soliciting tax-free exemptions...before or after June 2011?

Finally, half of the article is nothing more than rehash of the same scandal stuff the RW media has been trying to promote and keep front-and-center in their efforts to come up with something (ANYTHING will do) they can try to use as a basis for impeachment.

I tend to look for these barest of minimal standards when assessing the veracity of a smear piece. The DailySqualor flunked.

Sorry. I don't agree. When a link is posted, I think any and all of it's content is fair game, and my question had to do with what polygamy has to do with the alleged topic at hand. In fact, it's kinda hard to discern much political relevance or content there since the whole thing reads like a WalMart check-out stand gossip tabloid.

But government spent plenty of time dissing TP and - Jewish groups - among others.
