Leg pains

Any advice?

For the last couple of days, my legs have been hurting a LOT.  Can't get to sleep at  night.  Hard to even press down on the foot pedal.  Tramadol is not alleviating the pain but rather bringing it down to a 5 or 6.  I feel like I have walked around the world several times.  Tried soaking legs in epsom salts.  Need relief.

you possibly might be low in magnesium. I only say this because I was and was having lots of leg cramps and magnesium supplements helped. Just a guess though.

all last week been having cramps and need to get to store for magnesium. Thanks for the reminder!
also try, laying on ground with legs up against wall. for 10 minutes. feels great regardless. but of course will not help if you are deficient in those minerals - like I am! what a dummy I am....ran out of all my vitamins and keep forgetting...
