A convicted felon (chld abuse) is running for a spot on the Board of Education. Cannot' believe he found 92 people to sign a petition allowing him to run. He was an ex-attorney and magistrate. He says he has a "mental condition." Duh, you think? Don't know that this is a good thing.
Charles City, Iowa, way to go.
