Good facial moisturizer

Anybody have any suggestions for a great facial moisturizer? With a thyroid issue, I find my face is usually really dry, not to mention the wrinkles coming in from middle age. I've tried Olay, but wasn't really that impressed.

i purchased Weleda sea buckthorn replenishing body lotion. I loved it. for dry skin and so light and delicate feel. found it at Whole Foods and was about $18 for 7 oz... better than my ultimate favorite Pure Fiji coconut at $35. Another great brand is 302skincare. That's the bomb! for wrinkles....worked at a cosmetic dermatology office. only thing that worked were chemical peels. Fabulous.

It works amazing and is good for your face. No chemiccals! Super fresh scent. LOVE IT.

Lumene - me

I use Lumene products and I like them. One thing you might try is using oil to wash your face.

Dry skin: 10% castor oil/90% grapeseed oil
Normal skin: 20% caster oil/90% grapeseed oil.
Oily skin: 30% castor oil/70% grapeseed oil.

Rinse with hot water on washcloth.

There are dozens of other recipes out there. You can add moisturizer and makeup w/o being too oily.

Vitamin E cream - me

I used Olay for years but can no longer afford it, and it works really good. But now I have been buying vitamin E cream - seems to be doing the trick, but I would love to have my Olay back! Gotta be a millionaire now to buy it. :)

I have never had 1 in my life but I have areas where I just need a good scrubbing, I guess. Parts of my face are really dry, others not so much. I only am going for the 40 minute facial tomorrow to see how we get along. I tried, really tried to get the dried parts scrubbed and off and just will not work for me. I hope I enjoy. ...
